LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Lewis Hollow Archery bow is guaranteed to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the
date of purchase.
This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proof of purchase and other conditions
listed below.
Lewis Hollow Archery, warrants that your Lewis Hollow Archery bow will
perform its intended function if used in accordance with the instructions
provided. This Limited Warranty covers ONLY the replacement parts, labor and
return ground transportation costs performed by Lewis Hollow Archery to the
consumer for the repaired bow. Transportation charges for the return of the bow
to Lewis Hollow Archery
are not covered. NO C.O.D.’s WILL BE ACCEPTED. Lewis Hollow Archery
MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, WITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER OF FITNESS OR OF
MERCHANTABILITY, except as stated above. ANY SUCH ADDITIONAL WARRANTY IS
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
Warranty
Limitations are as follows:
we
can not control the means in which you handle, string, un-string and store your
bow. Therefore we can not warrant against limb twist. Please inspect your bow
upon delivery and contact us immediately if you believe there to be any visible
limb twist. After your initial acceptance of the bow we can not warrant against
limb twist. If limb twist does occur we will attempt to repair the bow so long
as the purchaser pays for the shipping costs.
• If bow shows sign of misuse, alteration or
mishandling, this warranty will be void.
• Claimant must be original purchaser. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
• Returns to Lewis Hollow Archery must be pre-authorized. Owner must contact
Lewis Hollow Archery at (740)
982 - 8700 prior to shipping.
• All accessory items must be removed from the bow prior to shipping. Lewis
Hollow Archery WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY ACCESSORY ITEM
LEFT ON THE BOW.
• WARRANTY IS NOT EFFECTIVE UNLESS A COPY OF THE DATED SALES RECEIPT
ACCOMPANIES THE BOW.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.
